"Rudy" A cross of top European working lines, this breeding is designed create excellent working prospects as well superb companions who will learn quickly and eagerly and always be ready go for a hike or to keep you company in the house. These puppies should be ideal candidates for SAR, herding, agility, schutzhund sport, or active (and interactive!) companions. Valentino, callname Rudy (pictures of Rudy), is a medium-large red sable male with great enthusiasm and high drive. He brings some of the best working bloodlines from Europe (German working lines) as well as a strong motherline proven to produce dogs for police work, SAR, herding, and schutzhund, among other roles. Rudy is titled in AKC tracking and obedience and is just starting to trial in agility, and has trained in herding too. He brings his great joy in working as well as his sound nerves and versatility to this breeding. Blackthorn's Jubilee is titled in herding and AKC obedience. She is a small female, just over 22 inches and about 60 pounds, strongly muscled and extremely athletic. She has very high ball and prey drive and intense hunt drive. She is aloof with strangers, accepting of friends, and neutral to other dogs. She's got a strong streak of independence and can be very handler-hard, but she loves to work and is wicked smart. She often learns things in one repetition, so training her requires precision and focus on my part, but it pays off quickly as she loves to learn. |

Born in February 1997, out of Frostbite v Pantara and V-Quattro v Spitzbubezwinger. Produced Ash and Asa--both went on to be awesome Schutzhund dogs and Ash has turned into a producer of great working dogs, too.

Nike and Ash A super breeding, repeated several times! This combination has produced active pets, several dogs working in Schutzhund, and Circe, Ixnay, Inigo (Nash), Ilya (Blaze), and Jedi are all training/working in SAR. Jedi and Jubilee are also training in herding.

Enni and Cliff A gorgeous litter, this breeding also produced some great workers and companions. Deva was listed in the top 25 agility competition dogs in the U.S. after her first year of competition and was the 2009 GSDCA Agility Victrix!
